SDA Independent Living

At SDA we want to support people who have to isolate due to COVID 19 to stay safe at home safely but enjoy social contact and deal with the odd practical problem that arises. We'll do this through physical visits and via social media. This will include having conversations with you, picking up bits of shopping that may not be regarded as essential or supplied through other support, helping you to set up your IT , register and use applications to suit your needs and abilities. Our project will help you to maintain your health and mental well being and help deal with the temptation to go out too early and risk infection.
