About SDA

Southwark Disablement Association (SDA) is a Deaf and

Disabled People’s user led organisation providing

Independent Living Support to Disabled Adults primarily

with physical, neurological or sensory impairments living

in Southwark.

We welcome and work with Deaf and Disabled People from

all backgrounds and communities.

Established in 1978, SDA is registered as a Charity (No. 801594)

and a Company Limited by Guarantee (No. 2350180).

The Trustees of SDA who manage the organisation are elected

annually from the SDA membership, most of whom are users

of our services.

The current Chair of SDA is Janet Jackson.
