Our Aim

To give you a reliable high quality service which enables you to live in your own home independently through regular assistance and support with your daily domiciliary care needs as determined by your community care assessment.

What is Domiciliary/Home Care?

It is the assistance a care worker provides to help you with personal care or practical household tasks if you are unable to do them yourself.

The range of tasks can include: bathing, washing, toileting, continence care, stoma & catheter care, transfers, dressing, undressing, eating, grooming, meal preparation, laundry, light housework, essential shopping, benefit collection and paying bills, dealing with correspondence, respite & overnight care, etc.

We believe in user involvement and welcome comments about our service whether negative or positive as they help us to identify the areas that are successful and those that need improvement.

We would therefore encourage you to discuss any concerns about the service with us.

In all cases and at all times your concerns, worries or complaints will be dealt with in strict confidence.
